Hello and welcome to my shop!

My name is Natasha. 

I am making art dolls which I can describe as odd, creepy cute, dark and exceptionally unique.

All Dudukis are a one of a kind , handmade by myself. When making a doll I am using my own patterns, drawings and designs. Each doll is a result of my imagination and is truly unique. I never use any molds, so even if I repeat the dolls they come out a little different and never exactly the same.

I love working with paperclay (LaDoll), wool yarns, wool felt and all types of natural fabrics, beads.

 

The toys you purchase from me are OOAK items. They are all handmade and might have slight imperfections which are totally normal for handmade products.

Art toys are very delicate, please handle with care, do not drop, do not comb their hair, no washing and direct sunlight. They are intended for decoration or demonstration purposes only, not for play.

Colors on listing photos may vary with diffrent devises or monitors.

PLEASE NOTE: All the toys are collectible items only and are not intended for kids because of small parts.

By purchasing from this shop you are agreeing to all the policies.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery and ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and hope that there will be no need in the refund policy.

To be totally sure about your purchase you are encouraged to ask  more questions about the item before purchasing it, I can also send you more pictures of the item if you need it, just feel free to ask me about it!

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me about it withing 3 days of receiving the order. I will do my best to solve the problem.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale

Please NOTE: In case of a return,buyer pays the return shipping. I will issue a refund for the purchased price of the item as soon as I get it back. Please note that I will not refund the shipping cost.

The item must be shipped back withing 7 business days of receiving the order. It must be in original packaging and the same condition you received it.
