Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Duduki art dolls.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email. Your order will be shipped via LaPost Colissimo. I do free shippment on most of my dolls.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

I am am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

I will notify you once I receive the item . I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. The refund will be done to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
